Yash Sanghvi, founder of XO Labs, on why compliance dropped off his list of daily fires, and why he tells every founder he meets to work with us.

The company

XO Labs builds an end-to-end AI agent infrastructure platform for B2B companies that are already deep into AI but struggling to keep their spend and operations under one roof. The product gives their customers, e-commerce operators and PE/VC firms with heavy AI usage, a fully managed, admin-controlled environment for deploying and monitoring AI agents, so teams stop worrying about the DevOps behind the scenes and start controlling their AI spend and operations from one place.

The product has been live since mid-2025. It was ahead of its time when it launched, built for a wave of agents that hadn't fully arrived yet. Once major agent releases hit the market in early 2026, the market caught up fast, and XO Labs has been scaling to meet demand ever since.

The challenge

Running an infrastructure company in a category moving this fast means Yash is putting out ten fires a day. Compliance sits at the bottom of that list, not because it matters less, but because something else always feels more urgent at that moment.

The problem is that fast-moving, understaffed, and rigorously tracking don't usually coexist. XO Labs is mid-fundraise, which means the underlying paperwork, cap table data, shareholder details, a clean separation of personal and business expenses, has to be airtight precisely when the founding team has the least bandwidth to chase it. None of it is optional once investors start asking questions. All of it competes for time against product and customers.

What Yash needed wasn't another dashboard to check. It was a team that would notice what was due, chase it down, and get it done without him having to remember to ask.

How we helped

That's the gap our bookkeeping and tax service closes. Inkle tracks every deadline on his behalf and flags what's due before it becomes urgent, rather than waiting to be asked. When something is time-sensitive, the team reaches out directly.

That combination, a platform he can self-serve when he wants to, and a team of experts that steps in with a human response whenever he needs one, is what keeps Yash coming back. Every query gets a response within 24 hours.

“It's technically a SaaS, but not really,” Yash says. “When I need to see something on the platform itself, that's there. When I need a human touch, I get a response within 24 hours.”

As the fundraise has moved through diligence, that same proactive tracking has extended to the fundraise-specific paperwork, cap table data, bookkeeping records, and financial documentation. All coordinated well ahead of the deadlines Yash is working against, rather than assembled in a scramble once they arrive.

The result

Compliance has moved from something Yash had to actively remember to something he no longer thinks about.

“I'm never worried about when the next thing is due,” Yash says. “I kind of know that any high-priority item, if it's missing, someone will reach out. It's not even on the back of my mind. That's all thanks to the team always being on top of it.”

He rates both customer service and account management 10 out of 10, and has become one of the platform's more vocal advocates without being asked, raising it unprompted with other founders at industry events.

"Every event I go to, when I meet fellow founders, I say: you need to be using their services," Yash says. "I don't think there's anybody doing something as good as how Inkle functions."

As XO Labs scales through its fundraise and beyond, Yash expects the same thing that's held for the past year to keep holding: he won't have to think about compliance, because someone else already is.
