Inkle has Acquired Finally's Bookkeeping Division

My name is Anand Krishna, and I'm CEO of Inkle. We're delighted to announce that Inkle has acquired Finally's bookkeeping division! What matters: your bookkeeping continues, with the same team, and it's now in a stable long-term home at Inkle.

Here's what happened: on September 8, 2026, Backoffice.co, Inc. (which operated with the brand “Finally”) entered into an organised wind-down. Inkle and others were approached shortly before that to acquire certain assets, namely Finally's bookkeeping division: and on that date, Inkle executed that purchase. So, starting the following day (September 9, 2026) Inkle owns the bookkeeping customer base, the team, the intellectual property and the data. Your bookkeeping contract transfers to Inkle and all your work and data carries on, uninterrupted.

Anything involving your finances can raise questions, so we want to be clear about what this means for you.

Who is Inkle‍

Inkle (Inkle, Inc. - a Delaware C-Corp) is a US firm handling US bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance filings - and we do this for thousands of companies. We're a team of over 150 professionals in the US, India, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Puerto Rico. Inkle is 4 years old, profitable, growing and efficiently managed by experienced leaders who have decades of experience in finance. Anand Krishna and Ranvir Singh are the founders of Inkle.  

What stays the same

What's changing‍

You'll see a change from Backoffice.co, Inc. to Inkle, Inc., on your credit card statements. That's the main change. You'll also see improvements in service, offerings, technology, speed and value. All of your data is now on Inkle servers: with amongst the highest security standards in the industry, Inkle takes data security, confidentiality and protection as a major priority.

Anything relating to Backoffice.co, Inc.:‍

This entity (previously Finally) no longer has any assets, employees or board members. All matters such as claims, or matters related to other Finally products are to be addressed to Chris Seablom (cseablom@provincefirm.com) at Province.

Nothing right now. Your Inkle customer support contact is the same person you were in touch with before - and they will reach out to you personally. We know a change like this comes with questions, and we're glad to answer them.You're in good hands.
