Is connecting Stripe for bookkeeping the same as paying Inkle through Stripe?

No, these are separate. Connecting Stripe under Data Sources brings your revenue into your books. Separately, Inkle processes its own invoice payments through Stripe when you pay for services at checkout. One is your revenue, the other is your Inkle bill.
