Giving general ledger access to Team Inkle

For QuickBooks Online

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Gear Icon (Settings) and select Manage Users.
  3. Click on the Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Click Invite and enter Inkle’s details (typically support@inkle.ai or as instructed by their team).
  5. Click Invite to send the invitation

For Xero

  1. Log in to your Xero dashboard, click on your company name in the top left, and select Settings.
  2. Select the Users option.
  3. Click the Invite a user button.
  4. Enter the accountant's first name (Inkle), last name (Support), and email address (support@inkle.ai)
  5. Select the advisor role to ensure they have full access.
  6. Grant access to specific areas if prompted
  7. Click Send Invite. The accountant will receive an email to accept and log in.

For Zoho Books

  1. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
  2. Select Users & Roles.
  3. Click on the Invite Accountant button.
  4. Enter the accountant's name (Inkle Support) and email address (support@inkle.ai)
  5. Click Send

For Wave

  1. Go to waveapps.com and log in to your account.
  2. In the top right corner, click on your business name. Select Business settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the left-hand settings menu, click on Users under the "User management" section.
  4. Click the Invite user button at the top right.
  5. Enter the accountant's first name (Inkle), last name (Support), and email address (support@inkle.ai)
  6. Select the appropriate role- Accountant or Bookkeeper.
  7. You can set permissions to Editor (allows them to edit transactions, reconcile, etc.) or Viewer (view-only).
  8. Click Invite user. Your accountant will receive an email invitation.

For Puzzle

  1. Log in to your Puzzle account and go to the settings or team management section where you manage users.
  2. Select the option to add a new user or invite a team member.
  3. Enter the email address (support@inkle.ai) of your accountant or bookkeeper.
  4. Select the appropriate role (accountant/bookkeeper) and confirm that they have full admin privileges to manage financial records.
  5. The accountant will receive an email to accept. Once the accountant accepts the invitation, they can login.
